UNDERWRITER
Seeking accomplished and highly skilled Senior Underwriter with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Although a plus, Fannie, Freddie, VA and FHA certification is not necessary. Prospect must be able to manually underwrite a loan on both front end and back end. Seeking individual that has enormous work ethic and dedication. Individual must be independent decision maker and be able to derive solutions while maintaining high level of ethics, compliance and due diligence. Applicant must exhibit full understanding of income analysis, credit analysis, title analysis, RESPA, TILA and TRID regulations, State and Federal regulations, REG Z, review of entity and trust docs, hazard insurance, fraud due diligence and vast knowledge in both refinance and purchase transactions. Commercial underwriting background and experience is a plus.

PROCESSOR/CLOSER
We are looking for a processor with Great customer service skills, above average financial background, efficient in encompass LOS system and self-motivated to work from home and the desire to help Families purchase a home. You’ll act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience. You must have at least five years’ experience. License is a plus but not needed to start.
